Dr. Kartik Bhavsar serves as Director of Organizational Effectiveness at CWC. He is an HR professional with over 10 years of experience, specializing in organizational effectiveness, training and development, and team effectiveness. His expertise includes change management, leadership development, employee engagement, strategic planning and execution, and data analytics.
Dr. Bhavsar leads CWC’s OE practice. In addition to consulting with clients to deliver OE solutions, he designs and delivers workshops on strategic planning, strategy execution, organization design, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
In his role with Lockheed Martin Corporation as a coach and a consultant, Dr. Bhavsar supports the Mission Systems and Training business area. He partners with leaders to change or improve how work gets done in their organization to achieve Lockheed Martin’s mission. A large part of this involves engaging and energizing the workforce by providing them a clear line of sight to Lockheed Martin’s mission and strategy.
Dr. Bhavsar is passionate about helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. He is adept at helping others understand how they fit into the organization. He accomplishes this by collaborating with his clients to discover their core values, identify their aspirations, examine how their goals align to the organization’s goals, and then develop targeted actions to achieve their aspirations.
Dr. Bhavsar holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University, and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also holds a Change Management certification through Prosci and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
