Tara Fitz, M.A. Ed is VP and Director of Operations for Corporate Warrior Consulting (CWC). A visionary leader with multiple certifications and a proven track record of success, Fitz provides education and training to support and enhance individual, team, leader, and organizational effectiveness.
Fitz is the lead trainer for two of CWC’s trainings: Belbin Team Engagement and Motivation by Appreciation. Additionally, Fitz serves as co-trainer for Adaptive Leadership which has been presented numerous times for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). In 2015, Fitz worked with a NAVAIR Obsolescence Management Team which went on to receive a Department of Defense DMSMS award.
Fitz’s superior strategic/tactical skills, and integrative approach to Leadership and Team Engagement, stems from a diverse background in sales, project management, progressive education, and holistic health. As a highly adaptive and intuitive consultant, she is able to interface seamlessly between C-level executives and entry-level employes, while maintaining the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
