Kathleen Taylor, M.A.

Kathleen “Kate” Taylor serves as a Leadership Development & Executive Coaching Consultant for CWC. With more than 20 years of leadership experience building global brands and guiding top-tier organizations. Her vision and expertise in organizational performance have driven notable enterprise growth in the science, technology, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare and government sectors. Achievements include recognition by Training Magazine as a Top 100 Award Winner in 2003.

Kate has consulted globally and nationally in the following areas: Strategic and Operational Planning and Execution, Change Management, Sales Performance and Training, Business Development, Leadership Development, Public Speaking, Multicultural Diversity, Recruitment, Selection, Retention and Talent Management, Process Design and Improvement, Individual and Organizational Assessments, and Program and Project Management. She is the founder of Sea Group Consulting, Durham NC.

Additionally, Kate has been a lecturer in the MBA Program and Leadership Academy at North Carolina State University and Duke University’s Advanced Non-profit Leadership Certificate Program. She also has instructed staff development at the University of North Carolina.

Formerly, Kate served as an Air Force officer and earned a graduate degree at Duke University, completing graduate studies in globalization and multicultural diversity. Her thesis topic was how implicit bias affects women’s success in science and technology.
