Dr. Kartik Bhavsar is a Leadership Development Consultant for Corporate Warrior Consulting. His training expertise includes leadership development, talent management, change management, employee engagement, strategy execution, and data analytics.
Dr. Bhavsar is also a Certified Executive Coach who, in addition to providing 1-on-1 coaching for C-level Executives and senior managers, has developed an internationally recognized High Performance Leadership Academy, a Certification Program for highpotential managers and leaders.

Dr. Bhavsar holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University, and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also holds certifications in: CheckPoint 360, Change Management through Prosci, and a Green Belt in lean six sigma.
