Empowerment is the “social consciousness” of Corporate Warrior Consulting. It is a recognition that in many societies around the world, especially in underserved communities, educational and economic opportunities are limited. And when peoples’ wants and needs are not adequately addressed, the result is often deprivation, poverty, fear, and a sense of hopelessness. But through the collective efforts of socially conscious individuals, improvements can be made and hope can be restored. As Robert F. Kennedy once said, it will take courage, empathy, and purposeful action:

Corporate Warrior believes that companies and organizations can also play a consequential role to help disadvantaged/marginalized people to be self-sufficient, take control of their own lives, overcome obstacles, and exercise their power. Thus, we are launching our “2016 Empowerment Initiative!” Dr. LeVonder Brinkley will lead our Empowerment Initiative and will be offering a variety of Programs, Workshops, and Trainings – with special focus on Women Empowerment in Africa.
