Dr. Kartik Bhavsar is an Executive Coach with 18 years of experience helping leaders set and achieve goals and objectives. He is the Director of Coaching and Organizational Effectiveness at Corporate Warrior Consulting. Concurrently, he leads global talent assessment and development at STERIS, a leading global provider of products and services that support patient care. In this role, Dr. Bhavsar leads the deployment and debriefs of numerous psychometric and behavior 360-degree assessments to help accelerate the growth and development of high potential and senior leaders at STERIS.
In his previous role, Dr. Bhavsar led coaching, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness at Ameren’s Callaway Energy Center. In this capacity, he was responsible for leading the design, development, and execution of Callaway’s leadership development programs in alignment with Ameren’s leadership development strategy. Additionally, he collaborated with and coached site leadership to design and implement solutions to achieve high impact results aligned with Callaway’s Excellence Plan and Ameren’s strategic direction. To foster collaboration across the nuclear industry, Dr. Bhavsar served as Chair of the Organizational Effectiveness Working Group.
Prior to joining Ameren, Dr. Bhavsar served as an internal Executive Coach and Leadership Development Lead for Lockheed Martin Corporation based out of Moorestown, NJ. In this capacity, he was responsible for managing the executive coaching and assessment process, as well as consulting with clients on team effectiveness, strategic planning, change management, organization design, and leadership development. His biggest accomplishment at Lockheed Martin was leading the strategic planning process for a business segment that improved morale and doubled sales from $150 million to $300 million in three years. Prior to that Dr. Bhavsar served as an external consultant with ALPS Solutions in Raleigh, NC where he did extensive work with the US Special Operations Command, helping them assess and improve the effectiveness of their foreign language training program. He also provided consultations to clients in education, private sector, and non-profits on employee selection, testing and assessment, and training and development.
Dr. Bhavsar graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Psychology, and a Master’s and Doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University. Dr. Bhavsar is passionate about developing top-notch leaders who make the impossible possible. He firmly believes in equipping his clients with actionable insights and tools they can use to produce sustainable changes in behavior.
