Stacy Campesi serves as a Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant for Corporate Warrior Consulting. With nearly 20 years of experience supporting leaders and teams across federal government, higher education, corporate, and nonprofit sectors, Stacy helps leaders, teams, and organizations to unlock their potential and maximize results.
Her work focuses on clarifying goals, uncovering blind spots, strengthening emotional intelligence, building coaching capability within leaders, enhancing team dynamics, and reinforcing accountability structures to improve alignment, engagement, and performance.
Known for her interactive facilitation style, Stacy creates hands-on, multi-modal learning environments where leaders actively apply concepts in real time and leave with defined action-plans.
In addition to her consulting work, Stacy serves as Faculty Co-Lead and Director of Education for the Organizational Leadership Coach Certification Program at the University of Virginia. Her work at UVA includes designing and delivering ICF-aligned curriculum and mentoring emerging coaches.
